Giving Thanks

Sometimes we get so busy with our everyday activities that we forget to think about the many gifts in our lives. With the Thanksgiving holiday upon us, Woodhull School students and staff shared in the annual Thanksgiving Feast.

In addition to the turkey and fixings, the students passed around a thankful stick. The object of this activity was to share what we are thankful for. We heard recognitions of family, friends, teachers, pets and attending Woodhull School.

With Thanksgiving next week, the district encourages everyone to take a moment to think about what you are thankful for and celebrate these special gifts in your lives.
