Weekly Newsletter 2026.09.18

Dear Woodhull Families,

Woodhull is finding its rhythm and there is already plenty to share.

This week’s newsletter takes you inside some of those moments: young scientists exploring vertebrates and invertebrates, students discovering the “power of yet,” Woody Cards adding up, new routines taking hold, and our first Pizza Friday of the year.

Take a few minutes to see what our students have been learning, creating, and experiencing this week:

As we head into the weekend, we also recognize that Yom Kippur begins Sunday evening and continues through Monday. To the members of our Woodhull community who observe Yom Kippur, we wish you a meaningful and peaceful observance.

As a reminder, school will be closed on Monday, September 21, in observance of Yom Kippur. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday, September 22 -- School Picture Day.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Sincerely,

Travis Davey
