Woodhull Elementary School students spread positivity throughout their school and community through a “25 Acts of Kindness” initiative this winter.

Early elementary class teacher Karen McNulty created a bulletin board in the main hallway based on the theme and invited all students in the school to describe an act of kindness they would perform each day of the month and write it inside a heart-shaped paper cutout.
Among the suggestions were “help out your mom or dad,” “hold the door for someone” and “make dinner tonight.”
